Who will I be dealing with?
A named team leader and their team. Our sales team is led by Vincent Xu and Tess Wang, native English and French speakers with working Spanish, and every inquiry is followed from first sample to final shipment.
Can I see my design printed before paying for cylinders and plates?
Yes. Our HP Indigo 25K digital press prints small runs, so your team can see and hold the real design first. Once you approve it, we make the cylinders and plates for production.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Quickly: when you send artwork and a specification, a team leader replies with your quote, and a structure recommendation follows once we know your product and filling line.
What do you need to quote accurately?
Your product, fill weight and size, target shelf life, barrier needs, format, filling method, closures, artwork, volumes and destination markets. Our buyer's checklist in the Knowledge section lists all ten points — but even half is enough to get started.
Do you make both ready-made pouches and rollstock?
Yes. Premade pouches are formed and sealed under controlled conditions for crisp edges and straight seals; rollstock film is made for form-fill-seal lines where speed and unit cost matter most. We'll help you choose.
How is my order shipped?
From Shenzhen's Yantian and Shekou terminals, which offer direct services to major ports so cargo avoids transshipment wherever a direct route exists. We quote the fastest or the most economical route and track every container.
Can I audit the factory, or see it without traveling?
Yes. Customers are welcome to audit the plant in Chaozhou, about 2½ hours from Guangzhou by high-speed rail, or to take a live video tour. Contact us to schedule.
Can you help with EU, U.S. or other market requirements?
We design structures to RecyClass guidelines and supply the documentation your compliance file needs, such as food-contact declarations, material composition and test reports. No supplier can certify an EU recyclability grade until the criteria are published, so tell us your destination and we'll advise honestly.
Do you offer recyclable high-barrier packaging for Europe?
Yes. We make mono-PP structures with a transparent AlOx barrier layer in place of aluminum foil or metallized film, designed in line with RecyClass guidelines for European markets. Formal EU recyclability grading depends on criteria that are not yet published, so we supply the material composition and test reports for your compliance file and advise on your destination market.
Will you keep my artwork confidential?
We treat artwork and specifications as confidential business information and use them only to quote and make your order. If you need stronger protection, ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share files.
Can you send samples or trial rolls?
Yes. We can provide structure samples and trial rolls for your filling line, so you can test before committing to a full run. Tell us your product and line when you contact us.
